Choose from two Membership Levels

The Sponsor Level
The Sponsor Level is our premiere directory listing. Only two Sponsors are allowed per city, which maximizes your advertising exposure. Your Sponsor listing will always be displayed at the top of the Search Results page for your particular city. Sponsor listings display your practice name, chiropractor's name, address, phone, email, website and allows you to include a brief description of your practice. This listing will allow potential patients to e-mail you directly to schedule an appointment and link to your web site. The Sponsor level also allows you to upload a 30-45 second video personally introducing yourself or add 3 pictures to your digital profile.

The Member Level
The Member Level is our standard directory listing. This listing displays your practice name, chiropractor's name, address, phone, email and website. Member listings are sorted randomly and not alphabetically by name. Thus, when a potential patient searches our directory, your practice may come up as number one under the Member level. This listing will allow potential patients to e-mail you directly to schedule an appointment and link to your web site. The Member level also allows you to upload 3 pictures to add to your digital profile.
